Reuben Savage - Guitar

I’m Reuben and I’ve been playing guitar for roughly about 6 years now. I have grown up around music as both my brothers play piano to a good standard. I’ve explored various genres through my guitar playing but have only recently discovered my passion for jazz over the past few years. Some of my current favourite guitarists include Barney Kessel, Wes Montgomery, Grant Green, and John McLaughlin.  I joined the Ben Ward Big Band in February 2018 and it has allowed me to play with professional musicians and therefore allow me to continue on my journey through jazz music successfully.
